About the event
We gather on the New and Full Moon for a guided journey through astrology, somatic practice, and free-form movement. Each class begins with grounding and insight into the current lunar themes, then unfolds through breathwork, gentle yoga-inspired movement, intuitive exploration, and ecstatic dance, before closing with stillness, integration, and Reiki-informed energy support.
Expect a nourishing space to regulate your nervous system, process emotion, awaken vitality, and reconnect with your body in an authentic, pressure-free way. No dance or astrology experience needed; only a willingness to listen, feel, and move from within.
