About the event
Astrology is a language of energy that provides an understanding of our collective and individual experiences. Because our bodies begin in the subtle or energetic body, in AstroFlow classes, we use astrology-informed meditation and movement to help us ride the wave of current cosmic energy. The class is open to all levels and knowledge bases. Although the practice evolves to align with energetic shifts, it is generally a blend of yin and yang practices, meditation and pranayama.
