RETREAT PILLARS: We believe that ...

Intentionally working with cosmic cycles can fast-track your healing
Paracelsus said: “The human body is a microcosm, or a little world, & it is governed by the same laws as the macrocosm, or the great world. By observing and understanding the movements of the stars & planets, we can gain insight into the workings of the human body and use this knowledge to heal & restore balance.” This retreat opens beneath a Virgo New Moon on September 10th, arriving just after eclipse season... a moment where what has been shaken loose can finally be integrated. Virgo, symbolized by the Virgin, is not a symbol of wholeness, self-belonging & devotion to the body as sacred vessel. This lunation invites a return to yourself through inhabiting your body with care, discernment & reverence. With Mercury, Virgo’s ruler, newly in Libra, the emphasis shifts to relational harmony — learning to listen, speak & express from a place of balance & truth. Venus freshly in Scorpio deepens the initiation, guiding us into embodied desire, sensual honesty & feminine power that is unapologetically felt rather than performed. Meanwhile, the North Node in Aquarius & South Node in Leo remind us that healing now asks for both authentic self-expression & conscious community — the courage to shine our light while allowing ourselves to be witnessed & met. This New Moon marks an initiation into a new way of embodying the Goddess within: whole, worthy, rooted in the body & connected through presence. It sets the tone for a retreat devoted to integration, authenticity & the remembrance that you do not walk this path alone.
Honoring your Inner Goddess begins with tending to your Inner Child
The Inner Goddess is the sovereign, embodied expression of a self who feels safe, worthy and whole. And beneath her strength, sensuality, and magnetism lives the child within... the one who first learned whether love felt safe, conditional, or out of reach. Inner-child healing begins with the understanding that we all carry younger parts of ourselves; tender imprints from our earliest experiences of belonging, rejection, attunement, or abandonment. These early relational patterns live on in adulthood as internal beliefs, emotional triggers, protective behaviors, and unconscious expectations in love and intimacy. When the inner child is unseen or unmet, the goddess contracts. She may over-give, over-perform, over-function, or settle for less than she desires. But when the inner child is nurtured and re-parented with compassion, something profound happens: the goddess rises from a place of safety rather than survival. As we nurture the child within, we rediscover our authentic essence... not the version shaped by conditioning, but the one rooted in truth. The healed inner child becomes the foundation upon which the Inner Goddess stands... radiant, embodied, emotionally attuned, and capable of deep, reciprocal love. It is through this integration that we cultivate true self-love, emotional maturity, creative vitality, and relational depth.

Nature & the elements are our greatest healers.
The ancient science & art of alchemy teaches us that everything is made up of the five elements—spirit, earth, water, fire, and air — including us. Your relationship to the elements will depend on your unique cosmic blueprint, but one thing is for certain - they are all a part of you. Each element holds unique qualities that can support our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Grounding ourselves in the earth element promotes stability, security, and a sense of rootedness, while connecting with water encourages emotional flow, purification, and renewal. Fire ignites passion, creativity, and transformation, guiding us towards growth and empowerment, while the air element inspires clarity, communication, and freedom of expression. By engaging with these elements, whether through mindfulness practices, outdoor activities, or rituals, we can cultivate balance, harmony, and vitality in our lives, aligning with the natural rhythms of the universe and fostering a deeper appreciation for the interconnectedness of all things. Connecting with nature offers numerous healing benefits for our mind, body, and soul. Spending time in natural environments has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, promoting overall mental well-being. The sights, sounds, and smells of nature can calm the mind, increase feelings of relaxation, and enhance mood.
The Goddess rises from a safe nervous system.
Our nervous system is shaped in our earliest years. It learns what connection and conflict feel like. These early imprints form the baseline from which we relate, desire, protect, and connect. If the body is wired for survival... bracing for rejection, over-functioning to stay loved, collapsing when conflict arises... the Inner Goddess cannot fully emerge. She becomes hyper-independent, over-giving, anxious in intimacy, or disconnected from her sensuality. Nervous system regulation is not simply about “calming down.” It is about restoring the body’s capacity to move fluidly between activation and rest; between passion and softness, power and surrender. When the sympathetic nervous system (our fight-or-flight response) dominates, we live in defense. When the parasympathetic system (rest-and-digest) is accessible, we experience safety, presence, and openness When the nervous system feels safe, the Inner Goddess becomes magnetic rather than performative. Her sensuality flows from presence, not from proving. Her boundaries come from clarity, not fear. Her relationships become rooted in mutual regulation rather than trauma bonding. Regulating the nervous system is foundational to emotional resilience, relational depth, creativity, and vitality. It reduces chronic stress, strengthens immune and hormonal balance, and supports sustainable energy... but more than that, it allows us to inhabit our bodies as sacred homes.

Healing is relational, not solitary.
The feminine heals through relationship... through being seen, felt & held in safe, intentional community. While personal practices are powerful, true transformation often unfolds in spaces where we are no longer carrying everything alone. In circle, the nervous system softens, the heart opens & remembrance becomes possible. When women gather with shared intention — beyond comparison, productivity, or performance — something ancient awakens. Community becomes a mirror, reflecting back our truth, our power & our belonging. In being witnessed without judgment, we are freed from the need to curate or explain ourselves, allowing a more authentic expression of who we are to emerge. This retreat is an invitation into sisterhood as medicine. Through shared ritual, movement, rest, laughter, vulnerability & time spent together in nature, we restore a way of healing that is instinctual & embodied. As we reclaim our voices & our bodies in community, the Goddess is awakened not only within us, but between us.
